Our Classes

We have multiple classes styles, including Vinyasa, Power Flow, Hot26 (Bikram method), Pilates and Sculpt, you are sure to find a class that will fit your mood and level. If you are new, make sure to read our FAQs as we have some important notes for you about heated classes.

All our classes are heated. With heat, we ease stretching, sweat and breathe deeper. With deeper breath we build our cardio levels and increase oxygen intake to our muscles and organs. The heat also helps our muscles loosen up for an even deeper and more protected stretch.

  • Vinyasa = Flow. Flowing the breath with postures, finding balance in the mind & body by allowing flexibility and strength to come together. Every Vinyasa class is usually personal to the teacher. From the sequence of postures to the music and energy.

    All levels welcome.
Arrive early, well hydrated, with and empty stomach and open mind.

  • Yin Yoga has developed in modern times to target the stiff connective tissues. Yin is a cooling modality, meant to soothe the central nervous system with less heat, and relieve tension by finding passive stillness in the postures. The sequencing of postures is designed to stimulate particular meridians, or subtle channels in the body. Yin is becoming increasingly popular with athletes looking to increase their flexibility and advanced yogis looking to deepen their practice.
