DIFFERENT CLASSES

For All Levels & Moods

We love a 90 min 105 degree class, but we also see the importance of a slower paced heated yin class. Over the years we have even incorporated heated HiiT, Pilates and Core focused classes. To learn more about the different offerings, check out our class descriptions.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW

The Heat Leaves You Glowing

Some of our classes are set to 40% humidity at 105 degrees for up to 75 minutes. It’s important that you have a large towel, a water bottle, a yoga mat and dressed properly for the practice. We are more than happy to provide mats and towels for rent. You can also purchase yoga clothing, mats, towels and water bottles. If you are new to heated classes, review our FAQ to learn more and arrive prepared to sweat and understand why we love this practice so much.
